Due to sustained growth Pentaco Construction Ltd are seeking to recruit a qualified
Project Manager
Role
The successful candidate will be required to manage various projects in terms of size and complexity and demonstrate project control, effective team management and adhere to agreed programmes.
You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent documentation control and produce accurate contract reports to support individual projects and understand the procedures to enable successful hand over of projects.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate strong management skills and be adept in managing change, be able to think strategically (outcome focussed) and be commercially astute with good negotiating skills and have an understanding of current health, safety and environmental legislation.
A willingness to travel is essential and be able to work on your own initiative with minimum support.
Required Experience
Candidates wishing to apply for this position must be qualified to a minimum of HNC standard in an appropriate discipline and be able to demonstrate a minimum of three years experience in a similar role with a recognised construction company.
