Pentaco Construction Ltd are pleased to announce the following projects have been secured:
The Hop Poles PH, Bedlars Green, Great Hallingbury, Bishops Stortford, Herts. The erection of three cottages and the conversion of the Forge at The Hop Poles PH. Works are scheduled to commence in the near year.
Bethel Street Police Station Norwich for Norfolk Police Authority. The formation of cell block extension. Works commence December 2008.

Quantity Surveyor Appointed
We would like to welcome Steve Hack who joined Pentaco on 6th October 2008. Steve has come to us from Kier Eastern and has a wealth of experience as Quantity Surveyor, Ciaran Creegan, Senior Quantity Surveyor commented 'This represents another important step in the development of our business and we are really looking forward to welcoming Steve on board as a key figure in our team’.

Pentaco Charity golf day results
Pentaco Construction Ltd held their first charity Golf Day in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief and Quiddenham Children's Hospice successfully held on the 15th September 08. The day was blessed with lovely weather at Weston Park Golf Club and 18 teams part on four-ball betterball tournament with a shotgun start.

1st October 2008
Pentaco Construction Ltd are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Refurbishment of 3 Industrial Units and Offices at Trafalgar Way, Bar Hill, Cambridge for Coal Pension Properties. The project, introduced through Bidwells via tender was won on competitive tender and works commence 13th October. David Sexton Construction Director for Pentaco commented ‘As the business grows we expect commercial work such as this to become an increasingly important part of our portfolio and we are delighted to be working with such prestigious clients and professionals on this project.

4th September 2008
31 Brookfield, Cambridge
Pentaco Construction Ltd are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the contract to convert an existing 1970’s built building into nine studio apartments.  The building was previously owned by Cambridge United Football Club and used to house their apprentice players.  The project was negotiated in conjunction with John Morley Associates and ORO Properties Ltd. David Sexton (Construction Director) commented ‘We are extremely pleased to have secured this contract with ORO Properties Ltd, this project further strengthens our position within the Cambridge market place and shows great confidence in Pentaco Construction Ltd in terms of our quality of delivery’  The project will commence on the 22 September 2008 for a 22 week period.

21st July 2008
The Waterings, Norwich
Pentaco secure the completion of development of 21 Flats on Oak Street. Works are due to start early August which will involve associated external works and remedial works to complete the development within 20 weeks.

Pentaco welcome new member of staff
Ben Bond-Webster joined Pentaco Construction on 17th July 2008 as a trainee Quantity Surveyor. Ben has recently completed National Diploma in Construction and will be attending Norwich City College on day release to complete the two year HNC course. We are delighted to welcome Ben into our team.
