Pentaco secure a further two new contracts.
Pentaco have been selected to convert a property in the centre of Holt to three quality dwellings for Gilden Developments. The property was originally a school and latterly a commercial garage with forecourt.
The existing building has some existing lanterns on the roof that the local planning department are keen to restore.
Clare College, Cambridge
Pentaco have secured under competitive tender the refurbishment of a 3 storey office development at Clare College in Cambridge, works are due to start mid May for 22 weeks working once again with Bidwells. |

Pentaco win two new contracts
Pentaco have secured the redevelopment of the Old Bus Station in Thetford for Hadley Homes. The development of twenty four 1 & 2 bedroom flats is due to start early May, this is a steel framed structure within an existing listed brick and flint building built over three levels with car parking on the ground floor.
Eddie Barber, Project Manager for Pentaco said we are working closely with Breckland Planning and the Historical buildings officer to achieve a sympathetic finish to blend in with the surrounding area, Thetford is a lovely town with plenty of historical interests in and around the town.
Colney Hall, Norwich
A project secured following an application made in response to an advert in the local paper. Pentaco were chosen as preferred contractor amongst 16 contractors in total to refurbish/rebuild existing outhouses at Colney Hall.
The work involves restoration of existing brickwork and joinery to form buildings to assist disadvantaged people with agricultural based education.
Pentaco were chosen as we were able to demonstrate experience with this type of work and had a strong knowledge and skill base within our direct workforce. |
