Pentaco secure two new projects
David Sexton, Construction Director for Pentaco said we have secured the Refurbishment of new reception at Anglia T.V. Works involve the creation of a new reception facility for ITV Anglia, including a new entrance area with bespoke sliding doors, new entrance staircase with granite steps, mechanical and electrical installations, new suspended ceilings, new reception counter, display cabinets, floor finishes and general decorations.

Pentaco have also won on competitive tender a further project for the Norfolk Primary Care Trust, this is the third project secured by Pentaco for the PCT in 6 months. Works to the Central Sterilising Services Department involve the conversion of an existing kitchen facility into a new ‘state of the art’ sterilising facility for surgical equipment. Works include major mechanical and electrical packages, with bespoke equipment being sourced from various European countries, the construction of a new plant room, general refurbishment of the existing internal space and minor external works.  The project duration is approximately 20 weeks and is being managed in house by the NHS Norfolk PCT. The contract budget is £1.3 million.

Pentaco are awarded second office fit-out contract with the NHS Primary Care Trust

We are delighted to secure our second contract with this prestigious client after a successful commencement of our contract at Lakeside 400. This contract involves the fit out of Elliott House in Norwich and work starts on the 14th January 2007. Chris Varvel, Financial Director for Pentaco commented ‘It is very important to build on your relationships with existing clients and we are pleased to be working again so soon with the PCT’.

Pentaco welcome in the New Year with the appointment of 2 new members of staff
James Long and Eddie Barber join the Pentaco team after the Christmas break and will help to expand our growing business. James is an estimator and will add great value and resource to Adrian’s team having completed several years with national building contractors in the area. Eddie is a Project Manager who will join David’s team of professionals. Eddie will run our new contract at Elliott House in Norwich. David Sexton, Construction Director for Pentaco commented ‘We are delighted to welcome James and Eddie into our team, both will add valuable experience to our business and I am really pleased with the resources and structure now in place that continues to grow with our controlled expansion.’

Pentaco secure conversion works in Melbourn.
Adrian Hubbard, Commercial Director Pentaco said we are expanding our boundaries by undertaking this project in Melbourne, Cambridgeshire for developer MPM Properties. The project involves converting existing outbuildings at Mulberry Hall to Flats.

Pentaco are also being considered for projects in Cambridge and Bishops Stortford.

Pentaco wins two new contracts
Working again with a satisfied customer is always pleasing and we are doing just that converting an existing house into two new homes in Thurlton. In addition, further work has been secured from Inka Estates, an existing Architectural contact to do some alterations at Eaton College.12th November 2007
Pentaco wins new office fit out contract for Norfolk NHS Primary Care Trust.
Introduced through Bidwells and Davis Langdon via tender, this contract represents an important step towards developing Pentaco’s commercial business.  David Sexton Construction Director for Pentaco commented ‘As the business grows we expect commercial work such as this to become an increasingly important part of our portfolio and we are delighted to be working with such prestigious clients and professionals on this project which we hope will be the first of many’

Excellent progress at The Point
Construction work began in earnest at one of Pentaco’s largest residential developments sites to date of 21 apartments for Greenwood Homes Ltd in November 2007 and the site is now starting to take shape ahead of the erection of a Timber Frame in Mid January 2008. Site Agent John Overalll commented ‘We are motoring

now. The team on this project have all worked hard to get us off to a flying start’. Completion is planned for Autumn 2008.

Pentaco wins new external works contract for the NELM project via tender through Feilden & Mawson and Davis Langdon.
This the first stage of a significant regeneration project and it is hoped that Pentaco can go on to win further work relating to this scheme.05th November 2007
