New Project Manager appointed
John Overall has joined Pentaco as new Project Manager. With a very strong background working previously for Keir Eastern, May Gurney, Wates Construction and Barratt Homes, John brings with a wealth of major project experience to the management team. Andy Fisher, Business Development Manager for Pentaco commented 'As we continue to grow our business and win more major construction contracts we need Project Managers of the higest calibre. John will be a great asset to our team and we warmly welcome him aboard'.

New Construction Director appointed
David Sexton is set to join Pentaco as the company's new Construction Director on 1st October 2007 from a senior position at Keir Eastern. Adrian Hubbard, Commercial Director for Pentaco commented 'This represents another important step in the development of our business and we are really looking forward to welcoming David on board as a key figure in our management team.

Pentaco launches the new look website
As part of a program of continual business development Pentaco has commissioned VIVeFY, the leading local design agency to redesign the company website.  Jim Keeble Creative Director at VIVeFY commented ‘I’ve worked closely with Pentaco from the start and it’s great to be able to help them create the right image for what is now a very forward thinking business’  The new site went live on Friday 07th September 2007, we hope you enjoy the new look site.

Pentaco wins contract to build 21 Apartments for Greenwood HOMES
Pentaco is pleased to announce that the Company has been chosen to build 21 contemporary apartments on the Dereham Road in Norwich designed by leading local Architect Feilden and Mawson for Greenwood HOMES Ltd.  This is an important project for Pentaco in a very prominent location and Neil Hubbard Project Manager for Pentaco commented ‘I can’t wait to get started on what will be a truly landmark building on one of the main roads into Norwich’.

Pentaco Wins Contract for Targetfollow PLC
Following a tender enquiry from Crispin Lambert Architecture based in Loddon, work is to commence shortly on a refurbishment of the entrance to Reeds Club in the centre of Norwich for Targetfollow PLC the leading international property development company. Works are to be carried out at weekends and nights in very restricted conditions to allow the club to remain open. Commercial Director Adrian Hubbard commented ‘It is particularly pleasing to win work from another high profile client as we continue to grow our business.

Pentaco Wins contract for substantial conversion project in Cromer
The company is delighted to announce that it has won the contract to carry out the conversion of the former Tudor Guest House on the prestigious Cliff Avenue in Cromer in six luxury apartments for M & S Oxley & Sons Ltd. Pentaco Wins contract for Dencora PLC
Following a tender enquiry from local leading Architects Chaplin Farrant, Pentaco is pleased to announce that it has now added regional development company Dencora PLC to its growing list of clients. Dencora PLC owns a large portfolio of property throughout East Anglia and has instructed Pentaco to carry out significant refurbishments to the Frans Maas xxxx in Great Yarmouth.
