Pentaco completed the construction of the first floor gymnasium at the Chelmsford Sports and Athletic Centre on the 9th December. This enabled the client to fit out the facility and it was officially opened prior to Christmas in readiness for what was expected to be a busy period straight into the new year. The completion date could not be moved so we worked round the clock to complete the facility whilst absorbing additional works instructed by the client. We are currently completing the refurbishment of the surrounding areas around the gymnasium with full completion expected in January 2014.
